Your friends or an adult if you come across something that makes you fee uncomfortable. You are in control so leave the message or turn off your mobile!
To meet is dangerous - make sure you have permission from your parent/carer and you meet them with your parent/carer in a public place.
To your personal information. Never give out your e-mail, home address, phone number, school address or gaming tag.
People online may not be who they say they are, remember however long you have been chatting to the same person, THEY ARE STILL A STRANGER.
Tell your parent or carer if someone makes you feel uncomfortable or worried.
Remember someone online may be lying and not be who they say they are. If you ever feel uncomfortable simply close down your window.
Accepting e-mails, private messages or opening files from people you do not trust can get you in trouble - they may contain viruses or hurtful messages.
Meeting someone you have contacted online can be dangerous. Only do so with your parent/carer's permission and with them present.
Always keep your name, address, mobile phone number and password private - it is like giving out the keys to your home!
